Not a very good experience. Went in to look for a car and we were met with a salesmen that didn't want to be there or helping us it felt like, no where near closing time either, would have understood his attitude if it was near closing. We explained our situation of being about 8k under, but have a decent down-payment and good credit and wanted to trade out of my old car due to expensive repairs and unreliability. I told them an estimate of my credit and told them to NOT RUN my credit as I did not want the inquiry because qe were simply exploring our options. They did so anyways. That is ILLEGAL. Not pleased, wont be doing any business with this establishment and will recommend against it.

We had a great experience at Clutts. We drove almost 4 hours to purchase a truck seen online. They gave us more than anyone local offered for our trade, and a fair deal on the new one. Overall very pleased and felt welcome and valued as customers. Nick was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in a hurry and they had us in and out with minimal wait. We highly recommend Clutts Auto Sales and are happy with our new truck!

I had an awesome experience at Clutts. My transmission went out of my Nissan suddenly, so I was in need of a car ASAP. Needless to say, I did not have money saved up, for a down payment for a new car. Kevin worked with me on getting a down payment I could afford on a new 2020 Chevy Sonic with only 20,000 miles. He also worked with me on getting the monthly payment fixed to a price I could afford. Kevin was very understanding and patient about my situation. He even followed me to the gas station and filled up my new car with gas!! I've never had a car dealership to do that before! I am so excited for my new car, this is my first one ever. Thank you, Clutts and Kevin for making my first time experience in buying a new car a great one! I give them 5 stars and would recommend Clutts anytime to anyone buying a new car for their first time or second or third, etc. If I am ever in need of another car for any reason, Clutts is the place for me!
