Our car slid off the driveway into a culvert. We were freaking out. One bad move and the car would flip and become an insurance disaster. They arrived right on time and pulled the car out of this mess. Good people, friendly and capable.

It was 4 miles away from Simmons garage in January. They wouldn’t pick me up. My car slid on the ice. I was denied help twice.I finally got a ride home by an off duty officer. I found a fb friend request from a woman from the garage. I’m still wondering what the problem was. I had AAA. I had money etc. Never again.

My car got impounded for driving with an expired license and expired inspection while passing through Canaan, NY. I took care of renewing my license the next day and while I was doing that the fine people at Simmons were nice enough to take care of the inspection. When I came to pick up my car the following day it was ready for the road and in good standing. I had a nice conversation with the owner (I think) while picking up. Good place, would recommend using their services if you ever have the misfortune of getting impounded while driving through that area.
