James Atkins is the most conscientious mechanic I've ever had the privilege to work with. He's taken care of 4 of our vehicles, and when I moved from Rochester I continued driving to Milton because I have not found anyone else who compares in terms of honestly, value, and integrity, and reliability. Went here and he left burn holes from his cigarettes in my new car. Hes a chain smoker and smoked in my car. Not to mention he left several bolts and nuts out of the engine and various places under hood that could have been dangerous. The guys at 3 ponds are much better they didnt even charge me for James Atkins mistakes. He never reset the oil change light either. He abandoned his youngest daughters aged 3 and 5. He refuses to sign over his rights and he refuses to pay child support and he refuses visitation. He hasnt seen them over 2 years now. He is a joke and very unprofessional. He swears and smokes around children. He lies and he cheats. I will never reccomend this guy ever. Purposely left bolts and nuts missing from the engine and under the hood of my car.
