Just recently purchased my 2025 Ford Ranger XLT from Dick Smith Ford of Columbia, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the experience. Like I mentioned in my previous review before I officially bought the truck, the entire truck-shopping process was already enjoyable instead of stressful, and that continued all the way through delivery day. The whole team at Dick Smith Ford was welcoming, professional, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. Our sales guy, Julian, truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, walk me through everything, and made what can normally feel overwhelming actually feel exciting. You can tell he enjoys helping people find the right vehicle, and that makes a huge difference. We had a great experience with Dick Smith Ford. We were able to call, talk to John, and negotiated everything over the phone. Jeff was great with our trade in and loan. He went over all of our options and was able to meet the rate of our credit union! Since we lived two hours away, we wanted to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction before driving all of the way to the dealership. Once I arrived, everyone was so nice and professional.
