He was upfront about the whole process from beginning to end, was super nice, was very accommodating with their offer, and was upfront about my needing to wait on my check to be given to me. Hi! DO NOT GET THE SERVICE CONTRACT. They are liars. We were told we could cancel our service contract and refinance after making four payments on our newly purchased vehicle. They didn't mention that it takes THREE MONTHS to cancel the service contract and remove the balance from the loan, meaning we need to make 3 additional payments on that service contract and at the higher interest rate before refinancing. They also sold us a vehicle with dry-rotted tires, that we immediately needed to get repaired on our own some despite assurances of a "money back guarantee". Stay away. Total BS
