This business has been the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Blake is an honest, hard-working, well-mannered, put together guy that elevates customer service to the next level! Blake went over all of the details of the truck I purchased and then some. He let us test drive, inspect and look over every component of the truck without hesitation. The purchasing process was expertly executed and Blake explained everything that was needed to know with the car buying experience. This dealership has nothing to hide and won’t treat anyone with disrespect. A customer is ALWAYS catered to at B&L Auto…..and NOT labeled as just another “quick sale”- like a lot of other smaller dealerships I have doubt with. With my understanding that the vehicle a family member was interested in had previously been in an accident and had a rebuilt title, Blake went out of his way to answer all of our questions and show us with great detail the sections of the vehicle where he made the repairs and parts replacements, and after purchase he even fixed a related issue at no cost to us.
