Worst customer service ever. I called ahead of time to ask for a replacement part . I had the part number ready and was rudely told he didn't want the information. Went to pick up part and they ordered the wrong one. Wasted my time, energy . I went back to return the wrong part they ordered, and was barely acknowledged, I had to ask for assistance even after the employee knew I was there. Complete disappointment. I would advise to avoid going to this establishment if you expect reliable and respectful customer service. I will be avoiding this establishment in the future and going elsewhere.

The man at the counter was incredibly helpful. I needed a specific part for my van, and after some deliberation we found what seemed to be the right bushing for the rear control arm, he was also able to order it for me. Other auto stores I visited either didn't have the part or didn't understand what I was looking for, so his expertise was a huge relief. What really made my day was the great conversation we had. He was a huge fan of my Pokeball Death Star pin on my hat. The friendly interaction alone will bring me back to O'Reilly's again. It's refreshing to see such passionate and knowledgeable staff who can turn a simple visit into a memorable experience.

Who'd think that there'd be terrific parts selection and helpful sales people at a chain auto parts store? Let me start by saying that when this was the old VIP Auto Parts, I went into the store perhaps one or two times. Normally I'd frequent a couple of locally-owned parts stores that had a good stock or access to all sorts of oddball stuff. Now that they've been gobbled up, I rarely go there. The other biggie parts stores locally are staffed by human impersonators. Duh... ? I steer clear unless I'm truly desperate. I have two *very* early, highly uncommon cars; I'm not talking Ford model A's or T's here, so I'm endlessly hunting for things that I could possibly mail order, but I need it +now+. O'Reilly's website to the rescue. I either order online or call the store and the parts are available to pickup lightning fast - or they'll order for pickup. When the order says the part will be available at 1:15PM, it's there at 1:15. Now, I have to give stand out props to one employee **HERO** that goes so far beyond what's typical, to help me find just what I'm looking for - that's +GAVIN+. Gavin is not only knowledgable, but is a true gear/motorhead. Super nice guy that knows his stuff. Never tries to rush me when I'm agonizing between several different spark plugs or some off the wall hose or belt that no one would ever need but me. I don't know if all O'Reilly's are like this, or not. This store's a winner in my book.
