I feel at times I've been cheated on my copper weights. Before I go I usually weigh my copper n one time specially I weighed over 10 lbs. When I took it in I was told a much lesser weight. There is over times I've felt this way. But just ran with it. (Stupid)

On Thursday, 03/20 I had a car load of aluminum cans to be recycled and went to your competitor next door to recycle. Since I am handicapped and in a walker I asked them for assistance in unloading. They refused saying the weren't allowed to. I then came to your location. Your employee Anthony Gamradtbwas more than willing to assist me and unloaded all my cans. Then, he took assisting a handicapped individual even further and took my paperwork to your office and collected my "proceeds" and brought them out to me. Your staff was more than willing to assist me and remembers what "customer service" truly involves. I have severed my association with your competitor after 20 and will bring my business to do. I have also informed my friends to do so. JOB WELL DONE AND CUDOS TO ANTHONY AND THE REST OF YOUR STAFF. BOB

10/16/25 I took auto parts. Struts, shocks, coil spring and brake parts. The employee entered all that steel as tin. After getting $2 for 48lbs I came out of their automated payment office to all the dock workers gone. A month ago I took in Cooper pipe they did the same thing entering it as something it wasn't than disappearing. Don't take recycling here. They steal from you.
