Beware- owner is very old and likely experiencing early onset. When I went to pick up my vehicle he wouldn’t take my card, and says he said cash only on the phone when he didn’t. He smiled and laughed while telling me I had to go get cash. I also requested help getting the suv onto a uhaul dolly as my engine is blown and can’t move. He says “didn’t you think about getting it onto your dolly?”, and took 10 minutes of arguing before he reluctantly helped winch my vehicle onto the dolly. This company can’t be trusted and you will regret doing business with this company. His shop is also in complete disarray somewhat resembling his mental capacity.

Frailey was very kind and helpful. He has tremendous patience and was understanding of my situation. He informed me of available options to help me get my vehicle back and his honesty spoke volumes of how he conducts business. I'm grateful my vehicle was brought here and would much rather have to speak with frailey than one of the other places around here.

answered his phone and being a tow truck driver for 10 years he knew what he was doing and retrieved me off the road very quickly just a good Ole boy
