I brought my truck in for repair after it failed inspection due to the crossmembers separating from the main frame. Colby quoted me $3500 for the crossmember repair. A week later, I received a call from him stating that additional work was required, increasing the total cost to $6000. Upon picking up the truck, I noticed the inspection had not been completed. Colby informed me that he had "run out of inspection stickers." The shop also stated that their "credit machine is down and it will take a week to repair," requiring cash payment. Interestingly, my mother experienced the same issue with the credit card machine when she brought her car in previously. Ultimately, I was able to pay with a credit card. Based on my experience with this establishment, I believe their practices are dishonest, and I cannot recommend their services for vehicle repairs.

I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Spark in to be looked at for an issue my car had with accelerating and possibly changing gears. There were some other smaller issues I had brought up to the mechanic aswell and they barely fixed it. When I first got my car back, it still had the same acceleration issue and my check engine light came back on! Brought it back and they fixed the engine light, but still not the acceleration issue. That was the main issue. Go somewhere else, I really wouldn’t waste your time here.
