Called at 4:48pm to inform the shop that I was leaving to pick up a key for a car that had repairs completed, and indicated I would be there in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at 5:08 and the individual that I had just spoken to was gone, and the shop was closed even though the website states they are open until 5:30pm. Therefore, although the car was finished, it could not be picked up as agreed upon. Upon calling this morning, he was less than apologetic and inaccurately said he left at 5:15 ( he stated was according to his clock) due to a family emergency with “elderly parents,” despite sounding less than sincere about that, and stated he “forgot” that I was coming. Additionally, he indicated that he was not aware that their website says they are open until 5:30 PM since he stated they apparently close at 5 PM. Furthermore, do not expect to leave any phone messages since their phone system does not allow for messages to be left upon their closure, as only a fax signal ensues rather than phone message capability.
