I go here for my car to be serviced every time it needs it. The guy is honest and helpful. He has a competitive labor rate and great communication. I will continue to have my car serviced here because it is difficult to find good mechanics out there these days

I had a very disappointing experience with East Windsor Auto. I was charged additional fees based on false accusations that I had been smoking in the vehicle and returned it after hours, neither of which were true. When I called to try to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and dismissive, showing no interest in listening or reviewing the facts. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was made to feel blamed and ignored. Customer service should involve communication and fairness, not unfounded charges and poor treatment. I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. Also hung up the phone on me mid sentence

Their website says you can contact them for oil change pricing. Contacted them to get a quote for my vehicle & I’m told they don’t do that so I refer to the website. Think they sent a message not meant for me, as I got a more professional one after. Quite the bad attitude.
