Can’t say enough good things about this place. They took a stressful situation with my car and turned it into such a smooth experience. From the start, they were professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring about getting my car back to perfect. My car looks brand new, they even cleaned it for me! And they finished in half the time they said it would take. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and even if they’re busy, they’re worth the wait.

Needed body work and repairs after sliding into a ditch, this place was the only one without a several month long waitlist, car ended up sitting here for over a month before I even got an estimate. They replaced the steering rack and front bumper, found out later from my regular garage that the rack was installed completely off center and needed to be redone, paid a bunch and was without a car forever just for them to not fix it right. If you can avoid bringing your car here I would.

Called the day before to ask if I can come in for an estimate, guy on phone says yes. I leave work early from Northport (always work to be done btw) and rushed up here for the estimate. Guy doing the estimate then says they need to wait until I hear from my insurance. Guy on the phone did not tell me this. The guy doing the estimate also said that they would need to wait until they can hold my car and take it apart to do a full estimate. Meanwhile Moody's did an estimate from a previous incident via photo and I did not need to leave my car until it was getting worked on. So basically my time was wasted and I wasted miles on my car driving and rushing out of work for no reason. No excuse for it.
