Is this place even open ? They screwed me when i DID get a car.

Please don’t buy a car from here. Took out a small loan to buy a car from here. Test drove it, everything ran fine and no lights were on. Came back to get it a couple days later, drove it home then when we tried to start it the very next morning it wouldn’t turn on. We called chuck, the sales manager who spoke to the owner and they instructed us to “try hitting the starter with a hammer”…. because temps were cold and they thought it froze. Shockingly, that didn’t do the trick. Chuck was kind and professional enough to have it towed back to the shop for them to look at. The next morning they called and said it was defrosted and working. We picked it up, and that evening while driving it, it couldn’t get power after stopping at a red light and began revving. We pulled over immediately. We did sign an “as is” clause but were expecting it to run for at least a 24 hour period. Chuck said that although they usually will go 50/50 on repairs in a situation like this, the owner said not this time. We asked if we could give them back the car to work on and use the credit toward something else on their lot that actually ran and they said no. We towed the vehicle to a mechanic who said it’s totaled, the engine is bad and so is the transmission. We’re in a really tough spot thanks to these guys. Please look elsewhere for a vehicle.

I'm floored by these guys. Amazing customer service. I ended up with a flat and luckily, or happened right in front of the shop. They dropped everything and fixed it for no cost. I'm hoping I don't have to need them again, but if I do, they'll get my business.
