Took my car in for knocking and shaking. Told mechanic needed both front axle change, and the engine was shaking really bad. Mechanic called back said the knocking was from axle needing replacement, engine mounts needed to be replaced for the shaking total stop. Dropped off Friday, picked up Monday the car was still shaking called immediately and was told to bring in . After taking it back I was told it would be another 560$ to stop the shaking. When I asked , why I was told IF I replaced the mounts the shaking would stop! The mechanic said they Do Not have a Magic Wand and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with it, they didn’t dig deep enough to find out . I Couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Your the mechanic and you Can’t tell me what’s wrong with my car, because you don’t have a Magic Wand & you didn’t dig deep enough to find out, but you did just enough to take 2072$ from me and I still have the same issues as i did before I took the car in to be repaired. This is the worst repair experience I’ve have in my life , It’s true what they say a Women should never go alone you will be taken Advantage of !!

Had to have AC expansion valve replaced due to refrigerant leak. Not a fun job since the dash needs to be pulled. Lots of labor for this job. They suggested replacing the heater core at the same time. Good call on their part. Part of the process is replacing the receiver dryer which is located in front of the right front tire behind the fender liner. The AC was fixed and works well. We didn’t notice when we picked up the car, but noticed some time later that a large portion of the fender liner had been cut out. We took the car back and they said it couldn’t have been them. I’ve maintained this car for the last 2+ years. I’d know if the fender liner was cut. The gentleman there said that he would call around to see if they could source one at, perhaps a junk yard. He never called us back. I don’t trust people easily. This sort of nonsense is a deal breaker for me. We won’t be going back. Three stars because the AC is working. Minus 2 stars because of the damaged fender liner and not following thru with a phone call.
