I had the best experience at Mardens and it is because of Mike Froehlich in the flooring department! Honestly I have never spoken over the phone with the nicest, most helpful and compassionate sales person my life! I had called about needing a rug install asap for my brothers house. He told me they didn’t have anything til mid March but after I explained my situation he told me he would call and try to get me in asap and get back to me! And he did! He squeezed me in and told me what I need to do in order to get that slot time. Unfortunately another customer was able to get in before me and took that slot! Mike felt so badly about that! When it was all said and done he found me another time for our install. I went down to pay for the rug and was so happy to meet him in person. What a nice guy Mike is. I hope Mardens realizes how luck they are to have an employee like Mike! Thank you for everything Mike!!!

Mike with the furniture and flooring department is awesome. He was very helpful, informative, and patient with us while we picked out a recliner. I have back issues and needed something very specific. Mike walked me through which options suit my needs, and hooked up power to several so I could try them. Super helpful, friendly, and professional!
