We brought our trailer in for repair "quote". The trailer is older and anytime we have ever brought a trailer anywhere they give us a price first before doing work. Which is what this company called us about this morning, to give us a price but....they charge a ton of money for and dont let you know. This company DOES NOT do free estimates they get you in the door give you a price of almost $3100.00 then if you dont do the work they charge you a fee of $384.00 to just look at what needs to be done then. We had no issue paying for them to give us pricing and an estimate but to pay $384 for absolutely nothing is unheard of and ridiculous. Now they are trying to say we didnt come in for an estimate. We paid our extremely high bill for nothing and asked for our estimate paperwork which they didnt even want to give us that we have called twice to just get them to send the itemized quote and they wont send that over either. Completely unprofessional and they are crooks point blank. Horrible company. Horrible staff and big waste of our time and hard earned money. Everyplace we have talked to cannot believe they did us like that and ripped us off that bad. We are so happy we decided to go with a professional company who offers free estimates.

This place is terrible company. Do not waste your valuable time or hard earned money even going in this place. They charged me $384.00 for looking at my horse trailer. No work was done just looking at my trailer. They rob people and then are rude about it and didnt even want to give me the quote for the work. Beware of this company they are crooks.
