Show part listed online. Drive there first thing. Guy looks part up. Then says they don’t have it. “If you’re looking at the one we show online, it’s still on the vehicle”. Never a give us some time, come back tomorrow. Just a waste of time. Why list the part and waste someone’s time.

Called to see if they had a certain part. Gentlemen said the have several but rushed me off the phone due to closing early for snow. I came in 2 days later and the young Hispanic gentlemen with zero personality and seems annoyed I was there checked to find no part available. Side bar: 2 employees were having a harsh verbal confrontation with each other while I waited. Bad atmosphere. Won’t be back
