I'm not one to work on vehicles, but now my truck is older and the warranty is expired I figured now is good as time as any. The AutoZone Team Members are always more than happy to help me and very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have when I come into the business. I appreciate the friendly service, clean store, and the professionalism that all the members show at AutoZone. I also would like to give a special mention to Mitchell Heath. He sets the bar in excellence and I thank him personally for his help. I highly recommend AutoZone as Crestview's go to auto parts store!

I contacted tactical demolition by finding them on the internet and the speaking on the phone. I sent him photos of the work to be done and he sent back an estimate with half to be paid up front. It took two days to get the work completed. He sent photos to keep me updated as I was not in town during the time work was completed. The work came out 500 dollars over the estimate, which I figured would happen due to a shed I needed demoed being full of junk. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR WORK. THIS IS A QUALITY BUSINESS THAT WORKS HARD AND GETS THE JOB DONE IN A QUICK FASHION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

What turned into a simple issue with a simple solution, turned into a nasty heated response and behavior from this scrap yard. I purchased a complete tire rim, as it appeared on their own pictures. The tire rim arrived incomplete, and was missing the center cap. I was advised that they are refusing to help me only because of my unfavorable review. As of the time of this message, they have been unrelentless with their nasty messages to me, harassing me all day with their unproffesional messages. Please think twice before dealing with this scrap yard.

THREE weeks of not picking up anything. Called twice and got the same answer. “The driver doesn’t know his route yet, we’ll send him back through.” I’m going to use that excuse when I don’t pay the bill!
