I had just gotten an oil change and unfortunately the shop had gotten oil all on the inside of my car. I came in and tried to buy cleaning wipes. He asked me what I was planning on cleaning, I let him know the story, and he told me what I had picked out would only be for dust. He found me wipes with degreaser on them. And they ended up being cheaper! I went home and they worked perfectly. I really appreciate his willingness to find me exactly what I needed.

When I went to exchange it the team there didn’t seem to have a clue how to process a return. I ordered a replacement part and was told it would arrive in 1-2 days. I received an e-receipt that confirmed my order. 5 days passed and I did not receive a call so I called the store. There was no record of my name or my order in the system. Additionally the same person I placed my order with still was clueless about what he needed to do. I think this store lacks training. I received my refund. But won’t get the time back that I wasted dealing with your organization. My car is still not fixed all due to your inability to manage your supply chain properly.

The employee was very friendly and attend to me right away. I told him what I needed and he got it right away. I asked him if they would install the headlight and he said yes he would free of charge. He was very polite and had my new headlight in and working no time at all. Excellent work and excellent staff.

Reasonably priced items are still a plus when you're getting the items for FREE.I don't recommend this store solely because of the prices.
