Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I recently had a dreadful experience at this establishment and felt compelled to share my thoughts. The customer service, both from the owner and the employees, was abysmal. The lady owner, in particular, displayed a shocking lack of respect in her communication. It's unfortunate when a business falls short in providing basic courtesy to its patrons. They never get the phone and they don’t tell when they open and close. Keep Away of this place.

I was quoted $175 for headlights, bumper, support frame and the same young guy I spoke with that gave me the quote changed the price last minute after I did all the work to get it out to over $300. I wish there was a zero star rating because he waits until you do the work for him and then ups the price on you. Either he wins and you buy it at a higher price after doing the work or he wins not needing to take out the parts himself and sells it to someone else for a markup. Needless to say I won’t be going back ever again.
