Julie at the service desk provided good customer service, but the cashier in the office across the room was terrible and should not be working in customer service. I went to pay for a $4k repair and she wouldn’t even give me time to look through the documents before I signed off on them. If I’m going to be shelling out FOUR FREAKING THOUSAND dollars, I’m going to want to look through the receipt before I sign and pay for it. Also, most dealerships will waive your diagnostic fee if you get your repairs done with them. They wouldn’t waive our $167 diagnostic fee on a $4k repair. I will never be coming back here as long as I’m in the Keys.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs. I was down in the keys for a month and my Jeep was running poorly. I took it in for a check up and they said it needed a new fuel injector along with other items to be fixed…total bill was $3,000. I said I would wait till I saw my dealer at home…took it there said none of that work needed to be done…it was just bad gas. Stay away.

Brought my Ram 1500 Eco Diesel in for repair. Regina was my service advisor. She was efficient and communicated well. The diesel tech had my problem fixed quickly. The price was reasonable. Altogether a good experience, especially in these times where good employees are so hard to find and retain.
