I would definitely recommend NOT going to advance auto parts in Lake Zurich. I went there, guessing I needed a new battery. They said I did. First he put in a battery, that wasn't even charged. Then put another battery in, and said there was something else wrong with my car, to go to Firestone in Lake Zurich. I immediately went there, and they called me the following morning to tell me Advamce had sold me a battery, with a dead cell. How couldn't they know t

Sent one of my employees in to see if they would return a battery that was picked up only a few days ago. Battery had not been installed in the truck we decided to get rid of the truck. Rather than simply saying they could not accept the return they laughed at my employee and embarrassed him.
