Before writing this, I did speak with Jim, the owner. Brought my car in for a nonfunctioning air conditioner. They put it through a full AC charge service only to tell me that it’s leaking from the condenser and another part. The bill was $176 for the recharge; but you can’t successfully recharge a leaking A/C. They need to do a better job explaining exactly what their procedure is for a diagnosis and what it costs before doing it. I was told that the repair estimate for the leaking parts was going to be around $1,000. I had the A/C repair done elsewhere for hundreds less including a full recharge. So, I am out the $176. I will accept some of the responsibility because I did not insist on more clarity before allowing them to do the work. Further, I would have agreed to a nominal charge for the diagnosis. However, I was left with an unsatisfactory impression of this business.

Best experience all around I have ever had dealing with any automotive issue. Jim is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. He thoroughly explained the issue my car was having with the AC not working and was upfront with what the cost would be before doing any work. The price was very reasonable and worth it based off of all the experience you can tell Jim has. The work was done promptly and I did not have to question if it was done right. I went with this place based off of all the great reviews and can now see why there are so many. If you need a go to guy Jim is the man.
