I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!

Listen!!!!! I call to inquire about a vehicle. They tell me it had been looked at and driven and was in good condition. Went there with the money and see it’s a car that a friend of mine had just traded in. She got 200 for it. That’s all she was given because she told them everything that was wrong with it and that no mechanic was even willing to fix it. It has a severe oil leak. The lights don’t work. Extreme fire hazard and no heat. They were going to let me buy a car that could have blown up shortly after purchasing. It’s incredibly scary they were willing to knowingly sell a car in that condition. Risking lives to make a quick buck. They had all the information and had done no work on it but were still willing to sell it. Be aware of the kind of “business” they are before trusting anything they say about their vehicles. I felt I’ll thinking about the fact I was going to buy that car and drive it around with my child in it. I was incredibly fortunate I knew the car and who had owned it.

I bought a camaro from this dealership, and the car only had codes for O2 sensors when I bought it. About 3 days into driving it(babying it) the car started throwing codes for cam sensors going bad and I replaced those and not but maybe a day or 2 later it started misfiring on cylinder 1 and 3 and has had the issue since. Tried asking if there was anything they would do to help me since I hadn’t even had the car a week and spent a lot of money on it and I was told it was my own problem to deal with. The salesman was very nice and willing to help but unfortunately the dealership is very poorly ran and the head honcho doesn’t seem to care about their customers
