I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!

I will not go back. Buying batteries for over 10 years here. Never asked for a core until last time. I have no problem bring core in. But I don't like being called a lair! Tall red hair with bread comes out and says I worked here 5 years and we have always required a core! News to me. Told them I'd take my business elsewhere. They where fine with that.
