They FINALLY got rid of that cranky old man that used to "greet" everyone as they came in the door. Talk about a world of difference! Tony took care of me like family, and bent over backwards to find the correct part for my antique Packard! Once he located the part, it took several days to come in, as it had to be shipped in from somewhere across the country, but none of the chain parts stores could even figure out how to look it up. There are few old-time parts houses like this left these days, but thank God that they're here!
Brought a 2006 Pontiac G6 from them about 1 years ago and No problems so far. The lady was very nice and they worked a deal with me. Highly reccommend this place.

I called and was told he would pick up my old flood damaged van at 2PM, At 2 he called to say he was delayed and would arrive at 3.30PM. He hooked on to the van and had a very hard pull from the mud. His winch battery went dead, and he would return later that day. He called and said he had problems and would return in the AM. Next AM he called saying he was on the way. With much difficulty he dragged my old van up on his trailer. Notice, he kept in touch, showed up when he said. That kind of customer care is very rare today. 5stars. Mike Brown
