I never make reviews but this company is handsdown the best towing company in New Orleans I must say. They care about the people and our community . We had an accident luckily not a wreck just a front end issue .and called several towing companies to compare our options and all said it would be a few hours till they came out and was very short with high prices . Our final call was S & E Towing Service and they were so kind rite when they answered their concern was mainly to make sure we were Ok and not injured . They gave us a time frame of 15 minutes and they came in 13 minutes. Their price was way better then the rest and I do mean way better . After the vehicle was loaded onto the flat bed we all jumped in the truck with the driver . His attitude made us felt as if we were with a family member and comfort us with joy and laughter that the idea of our truck being broken wasn't in tought . He brought us to our destination and placed the truck in our desired area we wanted and helped made sure the vehicle was jacked up and ready for the repairs needed . This company will forever be my go to and my families as well and I highly recommend them for yours . Companies that care is rare especially in that field of work. Definitely a diamond in a city of coal . Hope this helps anyone who needs it. You will not be disappointed with your decision.
