    The process of picking up my car after the offer has been made was grueling. Had to make multiple calls to even find out the status of what was going on after days of waiting for the record to pick up the vehicle I want to find out I need to send in more information. The staff are as helpful as they could be when you were able to speak to them, however I called on 4 separate occasions and was mysteriously disconnected after being on hold for a significant amount of time.     I drove here from Lacombe to pick up parts we needed for a customer’s car. The guys were very nice and brought all the parts out to my truck. We saved the freight money by picking up the parts in person. ($117) It only took me 45 mins to get there and the prices were reasonable. Thanks y’all!

    I have purchased vehicles at this location in the past without incident. However, I have recently sold a vehicle and was called to accept the bid. I approved. I have not received any other calls or mailed check. I call into the location and they suddenly have no record of my vehicle. I contact customer service and they also have no record of my vehicle. It has been 2 months now and I have heard nothing, nor have I received a payment. They require a signed title to be given to them with the buyer line blank. They essentially STOLE MY CAR or just conned me into giving it to them I should say.

    Food was good, service was great. Employees were very friendly. The eating area was not very nice or clean. The bloody Mary’s were terrible and not drinkable. But burgers and breakfast were great. Just avoid the Bloody Mary and you will be fine.

    Called several times in a week, half of the calls didn't go through, but the times that he did answer were met with a "we have it, but let me check on the condition and I will call you back in a minute". I got that same response three different days, and today I called back and had to push him a bit, but he did check and call me back about 30 minutes later... and turns out they didn't have what I needed.Don't waste your time.
