Lady on the phone called 3:00PM on 10/15/21 has a real bad attitude. Terrible phone service and attitude makes it hard to want to try and do business with you guys. Would rather shop for parts somewhere else. Make it so the system can look up car models by year instead of just parts. Makes no sense.

After searching the internet for a pair of Trunk lid springs for my car, my choices were pay $69. for the original or $29. each for similar springs.I found the Originals, though used they were in excellent condition. The cost? $4. for the pair and one dollar to enter the yard.I Thank you guys at Pick a partGreat service, unbeatable price." Remember folks, this is a Junk Yard, don't expect Tile flooring and an Escort to show you around. If you're willing to get your hands dirty to pay a fraction of regular prices this is the place.

Good front staff (at least the ones I've worked with). Reason why I didn't go full 5 star is they do have some troubles answering the phones. That won't stop me from going back as this is already my 3rd time in the past 7 months. Great resource for my project car. Also keep in mind you are buying used car parts from a scrap yard. Majority if the time, the pieces are good to re-use. Sometimes, it doesn't turn out as expected. You may have an opportunity to return, but make sure you verify that first. If you want a perfect part, then I suggest to buy a new OEM part.

Basically a scam. Hung up on me too after I didn't immediately take there "final offer" immediately of $350.For those caring to read, let me share my experience. These place, like a few other places I call to get a quote for my damaged car, "run the numbers", get you a "guaranteed offer" of a low ball amount and then you have to haggle them. They offered me $250, and than a final offer of $350. I've been offered $400-500 for this car. Background: This car is worth $5000-6000 (see picture from today's autotrader search). It has $1200-1400 of damage depending on if they can do the repairs ($700-800 for parts only), or they want to salvage for parts they could probably get $2000.Beware of places like this, they talk smooth but can't step up to the plate with real offers.

Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. The man told me to send him pictures of my car & offered $500-$800 for it. He asked me to remind him of the price he offered when i talked to him the next day and has NOT gotten back to me. Won't return my calls or anything. Highly unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anybody EVER.
