Good front staff (at least the ones I've worked with). Reason why I didn't go full 5 star is they do have some troubles answering the phones. That won't stop me from going back as this is already my 3rd time in the past 7 months. Great resource for my project car.Also keep in mind you are buying used car parts from a scrap yard. Majority if the time, the pieces are good to re-use. Sometimes, it doesn't turn out as expected. You may have an opportunity to return, but make sure you verify that first.If you want a perfect part, then I suggest to buy a new OEM part.

I purchased a transmission shift assembly from this branch a few weeks back when the particular unit I was looking for wasn't available at my local B&R yard. Prior to placing my order I called the yard to confirm that the Item was still available. the associate that answered the phone told me it was. I then asked if he could send somebody out to the car to make sure It was a Hurst and still there. he informed me that "they can't send someone to the car until the part is purchased". he said I could add instructions in my order to have Pictures emailed to me for my approval prior to shipping. I agreed and placed my order. several days later I got an email stating that my order had shipped. I was confused because I never received the photos that I requested. When the item arrived I opened it up and was disappointed to see that they had sent me a STOCK shifter assembly!! unfortunately it arrived on a saturday so I had to wait until monday to contact them. When I called on monday and told the associate what had happened he looked up my order and found a "note" stating that the assembly I ordered wasn't in the vehicle so they replaced it with a Stock unit from a different yard. I told him that I'd like to return the stock unit for a refund. he transferred me to "Michael" of the online sales department to complete my request. I had dealt with Michael previously when the hurst I ordered from my local yard arrived missing pieces. Michael was just as helpful as before and got my refund processing immediately. This entire situation could've been avoided if somebody could have checked the car for the part before I ordered it!! I'm also upset that my request for photos was ignored and that I wasn't notified about the replacement. the best part of this entire ordeal was interacting with Michael! he definitely made the situation better!Service: Part finding & extracting

The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, we're just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! I'll find one. My first call was here because I've purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasn't just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow!When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!

Bout an engine from these guys. They told me that the test them and run them to see if there isn't any knocking or low compression. It look good at first but when I finally installed the engine and started it for the first time in my truck .piston #3 had low compression. I bout that engine for 1,000 dollars and they sold me a bad engine . Don't buy engines from them save ur money and get one were they actually do test them.Service: Part finding & extracting

I don’t really know any junkyards in Vegas like that so my buddy recommends me to go to any B&R they have in Vegas so I go to this one. At first I’m a little skeptical because it’s a whole new place to me but it turned out to be a really professional environment with amazing saleswoman/man they took very good care of me which I’m big on, they also showed me exactly where to find my part which was a big help cause I honestly would’ve never found it myself. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for sure I already know the next part I’m coming to get! Don't do business with this place and especially do not trust the employees working in the front counter Giselle and Eduordo or Ed. They will lie right to your face about the prices and conditions of the parts that they're selling. Giselle charged me for a 4x4 dash switch and wouldn't give me a receipt because she said that the system was down, she insisted that I pay her in cash and that she could not give me a receipt. Also gave me a price on a steering column of $50 after I pulled the part she wanted to charge me $150 for the steering column. I told her that she had said $50 for the steering column and she lie right to my face and told me that she never said that. So instead I endup buying a clockspring for $50 but I didn't notice that they didn't mark the part until I went to installed it on my vehicle. They this on purpose so I wouldn't be able to exchange it or get a refund if the part was defective. Thank God the part was good and I didn't have to go back over there to deal with them again. Very dishonest people and bussiness. Take your business some where else.Service: Part finding & extracting
