Purchased a set of seats from them and the part was labeled a grade A and talked to an individual that works there over their text option online with the name of “art.lvaps.nv” to verify that they had the seats and was in Grade A condition. I asked if I can come pick them up the same day and they agreed and upon arrival they told me they need 3 days to take it out which wasted my time. Unfortunately the back trim was busted in half and the seat motors were all snapped in half from the rails making the whole thing useless. They loaded the seats in my vehicle and didn’t tell me about the damage. Upon unloading the seats one of the employees named Oscar managed to make a rip about 12 inches long in my interior that the seats were loaded into. The seats are now just paper weights in my garage. Pricing is decent if the parts were as described but it wasn’t nonetheless. I would not recommend anyone to this place.

Don't ever go here. Have no return policies and their parts are in bad condition. If you are risking to gamble thousands of dollars, you will have fun with these guys because they have horrible pieces. The guy that sits in the office have the worst customer service skills. Funny thing is that he supposedly have been doing the for 27 years, but still haven't learned how to keep his cool with his horrible temper. Worst place ever

I guess I went in on the wrong day and got what other poor reviewers experienced, a miserable, unprofessional owner. The 1 star is for his granddaughter (or employee) at the desk who was friendly. There's plenty of nice people to give your money to, he'll never get a dollar from me. Good luck if you want to take the chance!

This company is very unorganized & unprofessional. They were supposed to pick up my old car. I had a strange feeling that they weren't coming despite making an a appointment. I called to check 30 minutes before they were supposed to come out & after putting me on hold forever he said they weren't. I asked if he was planning to call me & he just mumbled something. He then said they pick up many cars a day and on the same day as if my appointment threw them off. I asked if he could do it later that day after I finished work. He then said they do it only from 8-5. I then said tomorrow at 9. After hemming and hawing, he said ok but didn't sound sure. I said that would be between 8-5 like you said. He just kept hemming & being unsure, so I told him to forget it.

Awesome people sold me an engine got home I put the engine in and it started right up drove it 100 miles never overheated sound and runs awesome took it to get smogand it pass on first try highly recommend
