If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. They helped my community out of a jam on the day before Christmas Eve, with zero notice. They were warm, super responsive, and helpful. They removed a king size mattress from the community walkway of the dumpster area. Essentially, we couldn't access the community trash or recycling bins with this mattress in the way, and we were headed into the long Christmas weekend and our community manager never responded to our calls/messages on this matter. Lady on the phone called 3:00PM on 10/15/21 has a real bad attitude. Terrible phone service and attitude makes it hard to want to try and do business with you guys. Would rather shop for parts somewhere else. Make it so the system can look up car models by year instead of just parts. Makes no sense.

First time I went was in and out second time I went to this place after pic a part ...I only had 25bfor an alternator and wasn't able to get it at the junkyard .the lady said she was mad cause I didn't go to her first. She had an alternator that looked brand new and I tested it and way better thank any at the junkyard best part she told me I will always beat the junk yards prices ...I'm going back a third Time as a happy camper because I know I will be token care of with what I need

Good front staff (at least the ones I've worked with). Reason why I didn't go full 5 star is they do have some troubles answering the phones. That won't stop me from going back as this is already my 3rd time in the past 7 months. Great resource for my project car.Also keep in mind you are buying used car parts from a scrap yard. Majority if the time, the pieces are good to re-use. Sometimes, it doesn't turn out as expected. You may have an opportunity to return, but make sure you verify that first.If you want a perfect part, then I suggest to buy a new OEM part.
