Spoke to jena or Jema I was trying to get rid of two cores I have and as I was trying to exlplain to her that I looked on the website to see how much it was worth she cut me off and asked if I looked online and I said yes I didn’t see that engine on there. She proceeded to tell me “well if you looked online it’s there” being very rude and had a terrible attitude. Definitely lost my respect and buisness. Terrible customer service wish there was a an option for no stars.

Another week went by so I went back to get my money... manny refused to pay me my money unless I paid 10% fee... a 10% scan fee because they lied.
