They had it repaired in very short order and checked to see what may have caused the problem and fixed that, too. Was great to deal with such knowledgeable, friendly people. From now on Sabin's is my "go to" for all repairs.

They fail to tell me that a 30 minute alignment would take 3 hours bcus the only mechanic has to answer the phones and make appointments!!! So what are the 2 ladies at the front desk doing if he does it all??? Very unprofessional!! Will never return and never recommend!! Trust me your hard earned money would be well spent elsewhere!!

Had bought tires from walmart but found it impossible to get a appointment to have them mounted and balanced! With the winter weather coming on full force I started calling all tire shops around town only to be told they were done for the day and it was first come first serve. Then to my rescue the gentleman from Prineville Tires & Wheels called me back to say that he had the time if I could come in! This was at 4:30pm! Yay! 30 minutes later tires mounted and balanced and I'm Home Town Happy!!
Good friendly attendants at the counter. The place was busy when we arrived and there was no one available on on the floor to assist. Well stocked and we were able to find what we needed quickly. Very clean.

I tried emailing them 4 maybe 5 times also called there number leaving messages with no return phone call. I ordered 7/16" inch wide chrome molding for groove in side of car they apparently didn't have any so they sent me 1/2" inch wide instead. I would have used the 1/2" inch they sent if it would have fit in the groove where the chrome molding goes, but it just won't fit. I really don't understand why there customer service is so bad, but it is. Don't waste your time or money. Trust me on this one.
Honest, home town customer service, great Mechanic with lower hourly costs compared to other mechanics. Terry and his Wife both very knowledgeable and fair in pricing. Thank you very much for the oil change on my Honda and bringing to my attention an issue with my drive line.
