So sick of your terrible hours!!! Closed by 4pm. And on Sundays. When do u expect ppl to have time to get there. Your hours are so inconvenient!!! Can't get off work in time and have to rush on Saturday to try to make it there after getting work on the house done. Jared was the driver. Very professional with empathy & over-the-top customer service.I had taken my primary vehicle, a pickup, to the mechanic in Redmond. They were not able get the part so I had to use a back-upvehicle. It wouldn't start (called AAA)Jared arrived & started the car. It was a bad battery. Even tho I had gas in the car I had gotten 4 gallons in a gas can & I also had a backup battery. Jared put the gas in the car & also checked to see if the battery was good (I knew he wasn't able to install it even if it was good & he didnt have any batteries with him as they were on backorder ). He makes Trac Towing & AAA proud👍👍👍

I got a replacement engine from them. It was just as they claimed it was and at a good price. The core charge was reasonable too ($100) although I opted to keep the old engine because the parts were worth more than the core charge. It took longer to pull than they said it would and a zip-tie they used to hold one of the wire harnesses in place actually cut through the wires. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.
It has been a long time since the last time I went, but I have always received good treatment in Smith Rock Auto Parts. Prices are also very low and has enough variety of auto parts.
