The yard crew that helped us load a full bundle of ties into our trailer were also very friendly, polite and helpful. The pricing was great and now our steps are complete! Very helpful & friendly staff. This is probably the most seamless experience we have ever had with shredding of documents. We brought in a compact suv FULL of documents for shredding. The staff were efficient and helpful. Not bad at all for $84!
I guess I shouldn't expect much from a wrecking yard. Took them a week to get a rim off a tire and notify me it was ready for pickup. I had tools in hand based on information provided by the main office, advising me I could go in the yard and get it myself. I understand the liability piece. But I dont understand the conflicting information being given by a customer service agent who is not on site. Even the guy at the place told me they tell customers misinformation all the time. On top of that, I was sent on a wild goose chase around a very muddy facility with hazards all over the place and large equipment running around me. I don't scare easily, but it was concerning considering the operator didn't seem very concerned that I was walking around his equipment. All in all, it was a terrible experience. If there was a zero, I would have put no stars.

Very helpful and willing to help. They had the exact same car in their inventory in Redmond, OR so Rolando emailed the store and asked if they would pull it and how much they would charge. He got back to me and said they quoted him $67 for a piece of plastic trim from a 13 year old car!! They are asking $81 for the actual stereo unit. I emailed Rolando back and said I could get a new one for $40 and asked if they could do any better in the price. He said that they wouldn’t budge on the price. That price is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won’t ever go to them if they are going to gouge people on prices.
