This is a scrap yard with a lot going on inside with loaders, grapple cranes, sheers, fork lifts, foot traffic, truck traffic, and yet everything is smooth and safe from the weight scale in to payment and exit. As you should expect, it's dusty in the summer and muddy in the winter, but I've never seen an angry or griping employee ! Scale shack folks are nice , friendly, and efficient.

The guys didn't talk much. More hand motioning, got rid of wrecked truck for me. Bout $100 a ton I think. Cleanest metal recycling ♻️ place I've been to. All the area was paved.
GREAT SERVICE...PARTS NOT 100%I never usually write reviews. But this experience was mixed and ended up very stressful. And very expensive. I bought a refurbished alternator and the service was very good. Friendly and helpful. But it turned out the alternator was faulty. So....I had to pay for labor TWICE to replace it (it had a warranty fortunately) I was extremely stressed and had to have to pay to have it diagnosed to confirm it was bad. The staff worked with the mechanic to bring them the new part...which I REALLY appreciated. So no complaints there...they went the extra mile in that capacity. In the end the part seems to be working, the second time.Overall I have very mixed feelings. I understand it wasn't their fault entirely the part was bad; likely the manufacturer. And they were very cooperartive in fixing it. But I don't trust buying from them again due to this experience.
