Got an offer online but when I spoke with a representative on the phone, the offer was reduced by about one-third — even though no descriptors of the vehicle changed. The tow company arrived quickly, removed the vehicle, and paid cash (again, lower than the original online offer). Service seemed to be outsourced to peddle.com and this might explain the lower offer — I wanted the car gone so I didn't dispute the amount.

Apex has been so positive and responsive to my needs. They pick up on time! The gals in the office are very kind and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. When I had some difficulty switching from the old system to the new, they walked me right through it to get autopay set up correctly again. When my credit card expired and I missed a payment because I forgot to go into the system and update my card, they were so gracious and waved the late fee! We have patronized Schnitzer Steel for several years recycling old Restaurant Equipments. 3 months ago ,I dropped off our old ATM & I asked the attendant how much he thinks I can get for it he said $3 so I decided to donate it & left. On May 14th I dropped off one of 3 Impinger Pizza Machines & got a $20 check. On May 21st ( exactly one week later ) I dropped of 2 Impinger Machines with a heavy Metal Frame that separated o two machines & got $20 for them. I went back less than an hour later after looking at the check to tell the guy who issues checks & he said they weighed the same, he advised me to look & compare the May 14th check and see if the weights are different …today Monday I took both checks with the stubs to ask him to explain the discrepancy. His words were “ this is a state regulated Weigh system I cannot manipulate “ the weights & would not make it right. I am disappointed ( not for the money ) that he insisted the weights of IMPINGER MACHINES weigh the same as One Impinger .I wish them all the best ,but something doesn’t make sense at all…. Love & Peace.

GREAT SERVICE...PARTS NOT 100%I never usually write reviews. But this experience was mixed and ended up very stressful. And very expensive. I bought a refurbished alternator and the service was very good. Friendly and helpful. But it turned out the alternator was faulty. So....I had to pay for labor TWICE to replace it (it had a warranty fortunately) I was extremely stressed and had to have to pay to have it diagnosed to confirm it was bad. The staff worked with the mechanic to bring them the new part...which I REALLY appreciated. So no complaints there...they went the extra mile in that capacity. In the end the part seems to be working, the second time.Overall I have very mixed feelings. I understand it wasn't their fault entirely the part was bad; likely the manufacturer. And they were very cooperartive in fixing it. But I don't trust buying from them again due to this experience.

Carly and Blane were very helpful and nice. I went to find Hubcap for 1993 F250.Carly gave me several locations to look, and let me borrow a screwdriver, because I didn’t bring any tools. Which I recommend next time! I found what I was looking for in the bed of a truck! Thank you Carly and Blane, it was a pleasure doing business with you all!

I had an older truck for sale that had some extensive mechanical work done in the past year. Good running and driving truck, just not pretty. Alfred contacted me about a trade for his car trailer. I agreed to meet him half way between Bend and Eugene. We meet up trailer looked good, and we traded. Got the trailer home to find the brakes falling apart and the suspension worn out. Makes me question his ethics.
