Company was very quick to reply. Had already waited over 2 hours for roadside with no response. Driver arrived inspected the situation. Sighted the problem confirmed with trooper and driver what the issue was and quickly and safely got my car pulled back onto the road. Would absolutely recommend this company and driver. When CTR bought Siuslaw Disposal, they "bought" me, too! I've had service for best part of 30 years at two locations, and have never had a problem! I found the company online and gave them a call about my part, they said yes we have it but we still have to pullit from the vehicle and I said good that's not a problem, I'll be down there later today, well I never showed up and a week later they called me back and said hey we still had the part. so I paid for it over the phone and I expected it to show up with in 3 to 5 days, well it showed up the next day and they only charged me $5 for shipping! This is a great company with great people! Amazing food everytime. Nice fast and friendly. Somethi.es they mix up what sandwich is what but we'll worth the price. I'm a regular got there every 2 weeks. If you don't mind waiting 10 minutes for your food you'll love the taste when dig into the food. Highly recommend.

Went there with my boyfriend after B&R refused to sell us an oil cap without the engine. By far better and superior service at G&R. Got an offer online but when I spoke with a representative on the phone, the offer was reduced by about one-third — even though no descriptors of the vehicle changed. The tow company arrived quickly, removed the vehicle, and paid cash (again, lower than the original online offer). Service seemed to be outsourced to peddle.com and this might explain the lower offer — I wanted the car gone so I didn't dispute the amount.

Strange DIY experience. Cars already had most of the parts pulled from them, I had to find the car then look through the car for the parts. Also, they demanded my debit card to enter the yard, held it until I left. If I wasn't there to help someone else I would have turned and walked away. Also, the place is a real mess. Whoever runs it has the organizational skills of a squirrel.
