Address:2103 Se 190th Ave, Portland, OR (Zipcode: 97233)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWent in looking for a car jack and I was told they didn’t have a jack specific to my car model (Rav 4). Like any other business, you reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but be upfront about it, whatever your motivations may be. When I pressed them about the ridiculous notion that a car jack only has to be model specific (they would not give me a ford/chevy jack), the old man got rid of me by saying it’d cost me $75 if they found one. So I went to pull n save and got one for $9.
Great staff, really helped out in a pinch with a replacement engine. Will definitely call again for parts, when needed.
I just got a 76 mustang. I wanted to put better looking wheels on it. I searched high and low and couldn't find the right bolt pattern wheel anywhere. Saw an add this shop had online for the correct wheel size etc. Needless to say I drove over an hour to get them but it was well worth it. Set of 4 were priced right and they look a million times better on the mustang. Great and friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this shop. Will go back in the future for other things. Thank you.
What a delightful little place. Very friendly.

I was trying to buy an 08 duramax engine today and we had agreed on a price including turbo and core charge. I was only waiting on a shipping quote, then they upped the engine cost from $5700.00 to $8700.00. I guess that says alot about the type of business and the character of the people there.. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Address:10212 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR (Zipcode: 97203)Phone:Open hours:Open 24 hoursStatus:OpenDon't believe the 5 star reviews. I'm sure they're curated. VERY shady! Friend sold car to them for way under what was worth first of all. Then months later, friend was contacted by authorities and told the title never changed, and was still in their name and they needed to pay a hefty fee to get it-- eek! Buyer beware.

Address:6241 Se 111th Ave, Portland, OR (Zipcode: 97266)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedLet's be real, this is the most dangerous Pick-n-Pull location in the region. Regular crashes and break-ins in and around the parking lot, confrontations, seriously substance altered behavior, the usual. They have a decent rotating selection, and I suppose the prices could be worse, but don't come here for the atmosphere and don't bring a nice car or nice tools. Several times now I have pulled a part, gotten the price, and ordered it same day shipping on Amazon for less. Which is kind of weird, I'm not sure how their business model works at all with a lot of the pricing.
Helping my friend fox her Toyota 4 Runner, I couldn't find parts for it, The owner was real nice, and had his mechanic get the parts for a fraction of the price I would have paid online or at a store. He even told me I can bring them back for a refund if anything is wrong. 5 starts.
Super nice crew and helped me out in a bind. Some sorry sucker busted out a rear corner window on my car, the auto glass shops had zip but Airport Auto Salvage had it. Drove there in 15 and they had me out of there in another 15. Highly recommended.
No one ever followed up with a scheduled time to pick up the car I was getting rid of, very poor communication, and now will be using a different outfit ..
After trying several times (and failing) to contact them, I drove out to discover parts are available by will-call only. Per the posted signs, there are no walk-ins. Maybe the owner is on vacation, it is that time of year, but unless you can get a hold of them there will be no parts available.

Address:9501 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR (Zipcode: 97203)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThey sold me a (knowingly) defective product and in the end were only more rude about it, regardless of the fact that I wasted days of my time on the repair job. I am shocked to find a small business that I came to support, conduct themselves with such a lack of respect or integrity. I guess some money covers it all for them.
