I had the nicest experience with these guys. I was calling around to find an engine for my car and they did not have one in stock but he looked around for me to help me find one. Even though they were not making a penny off of it, he even called me back to tell me about one that he found. What a nice person, what a great way to do business. Be careful dealing with these guys. I was trying to buy an 08 duramax engine today and we had agreed on a price including turbo and core charge. I was only waiting on a shipping quote, then they upped the engine cost from $5700.00 to $8700.00. I guess that says alot about the type of business and the character of the people there.. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

My car was in a hit and run while parked on the street so I called around the several junkyards in town to get replacement parts. A different junkyard gave me the wrong part, so I came here because they can do a same day pull unlike anyone else I called in town. The prices are competitive and the staff are super helpful. There was a problem with finding the right part for my car so they helped me research what was going on and I was able to get it all sorted out. Will definitely be back if I need more parts in the future!

They sold me a (knowingly) defective product and in the end were only more rude about it, regardless of the fact that I wasted days of my time on the repair job. I am shocked to find a small business that I came to support, conduct themselves with such a lack of respect or integrity. I guess some money covers it all for them.

These people are very unprofessional they have no common courtesy and if you call their 800 number they have some child answer the phone and you can hear the dad in the background coaching her how to disrespect people who are calling about their drivers to inform them on the unprofessionalism. Their driver blocked my car in made me late to work so I called about it and was disrespected for a second time, not to mention the white man driving the truck dropped the "N" bomb like it was nothing not once but twice at me. If I didn't need my job this would have been a totally different conversation, I promise you that.
