The customer service was outstanding! They were unable to provide service for me but gave me every contact number I needed to get the help I needed. I called and spoke to them several times and they were equally as courteous and helpful. Amazing service!

We were stuck on the freeway late Saturday night, called and they came and rescued us. Had to take our car all the way to Hermiston, dropped us off at our hotel and took such good care of us. Nice people, good service, nothing was too much trouble. We so appreciated their help

My car started shuddering and smoking on the freeway, so I did the natural thing and pulled over to call a tow. I called Blue Mountain and informed the gentleman who answered the phone that I broke down on the freeway headed towards Washington. There was then a miscommunication wherein he asked if I was going west and I answered yes thinking he meant west-bound. A truck was dispatched and I got a call approximately a half hour later wherein the same gentleman informed me that the dispatched technician could not find me. The miscommunication was then discovered. The gentleman took an extremely annoyed, condescending tone with me telling me that their schedule was now “all screwed up” thanks to me, that they were too busy to help me due to “having a lot of other calls.” I understand the inconvenience but I have never been spoken to like that as a customer, let alone as a young woman who is extremely un-mechanically-savvy on the side of the freeway with a smoking car. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Dee was great and funny. He was so helpful and i would recommend him. My car broke down at Dead mans rest stop. He came and got myself , my two kids and my dog. He got to a auto part store where i was able to get my car fixed and finish the long drive to Oklahoma

These guys are great! We were taveling through from Reno and our car broke down. These guys showed up to tow our car from the hotel to the mechanic shop in a timely manner. The driver Tanner was very professional, friendly, and understanding of our situation. He was even willing to go above and beyond his duty and gave us a ride back to the hotel so we wouldn't have to sit at the car shop. Great company and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a tow in Pendleton. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys are great! I locked my keys in my car and Blue Mountain Towing showed up in less than 15 minutes and unlocked my car in less than a minute for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them the next time I lock my keys in my car.

My 16 year old daughter and I were in the process of moving from Puyallup, Washington to Creston, Iowa. This was a 2,000 mile move... we were pulling a uhaul cargo trailer when my transmission went out in my car on the mountain pass between Pendleton, Oregon and LaGrande, Oregon. It was dark and we had no family close to us, no money to spare, and no way to get off this highway and to safety for the night. I called 3 tow companies 2 in LaGrande & Blue Mountain Towing in Pendleton. I explained the desperate situation I was in, especially having my daughter with me. The other 2 companies did not seem to care really about my situaton and wanted to charge me an arm & a leg for help, but when I spoke to Dave from Blue Mountain Towing, over the phone, his first response to me was, "There's no way we are going to leave you and your daughter on the side of the road tonight." I was so relieved and grateful someone cared more about our safety than how much money they were going to make off us. He sent out his driver Joe to pick us up and get us to a motel safely for the night. Then he told us he would work with us on the payment. He was already the best price we had found too. When Joe arrived he was kind and friendly. He got us back to safety with all our stuff safe as well. Overall, Dave & Joe showed true kindness & compassion for us & we will never forget them. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for your help that night!

I had called this service at 5:30, and was told that it was going to cost 80 dollars an hour but from the location I was at to where I needed to be wasn’t going to take an hour so it should be less than 80. He arrives at 6:00, finishes at 6:30 and charged me the full amount for the price it should have been if it were to be an hour long. On the paper work he had wrote down that he started at 5:50 and finished at 6:50, which I didn’t notice until I got to work 20 minutes later and realized that it had just turned 6:50.. Will never be working with them again.

Do NOT call these guys if it is snowing. They will get stuck themselves and have to call another truck and then bully and berate anyone who tries to help them.
