work in the service sector of housing complexes, repairing household appliances, and often collect non-ferrous metals, copper, bronze, brass, and more. I always bring it to this collection point. Very nice people work here, they will always help you unload, they will clearly show you what to unload where and they will serve you quickly. I also really like their collection, which is located at the non-ferrous metal reception house. Respect and Respect. Thank you for your work.
Good place for parts usually good selection of European cars. However, the staff is the problem at this place. Let’s start with the office. Cameron and Beatriz are both friendly and easy to deal with. Then there is James. James is an absolute pain to deal with. He has never once been in even an OK mood. He is always mad at the world and rude. I have never seen bigger black bags under someone’s eyes in my life. He tried to ban me awhile back because I brought up headlight lenses to purchase and he told me I destroyed parts in “his” yard and I now HAVE to pay $150/ea for the lenses because they are destroyed now AND I will still be banned because of this. I laughed and told him he is crazy and I’m not paying for a damn thing. Now for the forklift driver. He is constantly breathing down my neck and keeps checking up on me over and over to tell me I can’t pull this part or that part. If I want the tail lights I have to buy the whole trunk lid. If I want the door panel, I have to buy the whole door. And if i even tried to look at parts on a different car in the area that was different from the one I said I needed parts from, I would be denied and lectured. I think they have a different forklift driver now who is much easier to deal with. Now for their best employee. The “security” guard that sits in the birds nest in the sky spying on everyone and probably touching himself as well. That’s the younger “security” guy. The older one that thinks he is in the hells angels or something , is NUTS! he came down screaming at me saying I can’t work on my car there, so I said “okay, no problem, I did not know.” And this guy is still screaming and swearing and even threatened me saying he was going to kick my ass and remove me with force if I’m not gone in 2 minutes!!! And told me he can do anything he wants. Absolutely speechless by all of the workers! I go there for parts but don’t appreciate how the employees always act. 2 stars for the parts and yard. But overall is a 0. Buyer beware!!!
Nice place, I got rear drivers side door lock and spare tire for my Audi, and all fitted well, saved hundreds of bucks I could have paid for it fixed
Poor customer care they dont care how long have you been waiting and last they don’t want to help you, we were there for car radio, very disappointed.
The driver really had to work to get my truck out of the thought it was in and they gave me a fair price on it I was happy
