12/26/25 around 2:30pm:<br>I went there with the hopes of getting rid of my broken microwave. I walked up to the front office where they had a sign on the door directing me to go to the 'customer service' door by the warehouse (couple paces to the left and up some stairs). Got inside, rung the bell at the counter, and a friendly employee came by to help me get my microwave out of my trunk at no charge. Super easy, really nice experience, great service.<br><br>If you plan on going here, just bring your appliance inside with you if you're able to carry it.

We were trying to find a way to dispose of our gas-powered pressure washer, so I contacted Total Reclaim via email and got a quick response from Alex telling me that if we could just drain the oil and gas from the machine, they would take it for a nominal fee. We took the washer down and were immediately greeted by several helpful employees. Angelo at the office was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend using them if you have a hard to dispose of item.

We dropped off household electronics and fluorescent light bulbs, they took everything. The staff were helpful and the service was quick.
