A heater hose broke I was stranded on the side of the road, they sent a couple of techs to repair the hose enough to get me back to their shop. They didn't have the part I needed, ordered it, said truck would be ready the next day about 1 pm, and it was!!!.Everyone in there was so pleasant and helpful, the prices are very reasonable, considering they are basically in the middle of nowhere.I will highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my truck

Lane has been super helpful! When I called to begin with he was great about wanting to find the matching panel for my car! He sent a photo of the one that matched and the shipping was super fast. There was some mix up and I received the wrong panel but Lane was super quick to get the problem solved and got the correct one shipped out! We were traveling through and just booked a hotel in Buffalo since Sheridan's hotels were booked due to the rodeo. Our Triglide trike had a flat and it was towing our bunkhouse. Ted came out and had taken the time to ensure the mufflers did not get scrapped while lifting on truck he also towed the bunkhouse camper. When we got to hotel he made sure our room was confirmed. Wonderful helpful people, i needed a nut for a power steering pump and for some reason its the hardest nut in the world too find. Went here too buds and helped me pull it off of one of their cars. I cant wait too get this project done and i couldn't have done it without these guys.

Can we leave 10/5 stars? We broke down just north of lingle, called Chris, he was there super fast, got the truck loaded onto the tow truck, had already set up the repair at a great shop in torrington. Dropped the dead truck off at the shop and offered to take us to a restaurant and/or hotel if needed. So helpful! So professional! There when we needed them most. I dealt with Krystal or maybe it's Crystal. Either way she went above and beyond for me. I was traveling from Nevada to North Carolina and stopped for the night in Laramie. Next morning I had a dead battery and was hauling my RV. Let's just say that thanks to Krystal who I believe was the store manager, I was on my way in no time.Thanks to her, and all the kind country folks in Laramie I am now considering moving there. Great auto parts at an affordable price. Excellent customer service...sorry but time for me to say goodbye to Auto Zone.

West Bank donated a large dumpster for our 79th annual Bondurant BBQ. This was a surprise as we had planned to have to pay for it. Our community club raises money to help the community. They gave me the run around. I paid for a door with windows and then they called back and said they couldn't send me that door bc it was too messed up then told me they would send me another door without glass and a bullet hole in it. For the same price not willing to give me the glass I needed installed in the door nor give me a discount. One of the females I talked to was so rude and unhelpful. In all it was just a terrible experience and I'm still super sad I don't have the parts I need to restore my late father's truck. Thanks for nothing but getting my hopes up
