A heater hose broke I was stranded on the side of the road, they sent a couple of techs to repair the hose enough to get me back to their shop. They didn't have the part I needed, ordered it, said truck would be ready the next day about 1 pm, and it was!!!.Everyone in there was so pleasant and helpful, the prices are very reasonable, considering they are basically in the middle of nowhere.I will highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my truck

We broke down on the side of the highway just past Rawling, Wyoming. We called Jack's as recommended by the repair shop that happened to be open on Saturday. As we waited for our tow truck the county sheriff pulled up to check on our situation. He gave us a thumbs up when we told him which tow company was coming. That helped reassure us that we were in good hands. "GOOD" is an understatement. Dave rolled up in a very timely manner. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful. His truck was clean and comfortable to hitch a ride in, and as a woman I felt at ease with this perfect gentleman. And as the cherry on top, his pricing was more than fair. Come to find out we were lucky. Apparently there has been some shifty tow companies charging rediculous rates so do your due diligence. Dave, you are remarkable!Service: Car towing
I ran into car problems with my brakes going out while towing a camper in Casper, WY. After contacting all 11 auto part stores there, none of them had the brake pads I needed or could get them before 3 days. I had a campground reservation in Rawlins so out of desperation I called Rawlins CarQuest 2 minutes before they closed. Not only did they have the brakes, but they had multiple options! I ended out coasting without touching the brakes for 115 miles to Rawlins and at 7AM the next morning I limped my minivan to CarQuest.Jeff was extremely nice and helpful, he found the brake pads that were set aside for me with a note, and even let me change the brake pads right in front of the shop, which usually is frowned upon by car shops. CarQuest was quite literally a lifesaver. I can't stress how super nice and helpful everyone was there. I just made it home from my 5000 mile roadtrip and had to give some props to CarQuest in Rawlins. Than you!!

Great people. Checked out my car and instead of telling me 100 things that are wrong and giving me a huge bill, instead said everything's runs good. You have a couple small things we did but it was pretty minor. Had it fir two days under 100 bucks. Thank you. You just git my truck next.
A little challenging to find at first as there is no big sign, but there is one on the fence with the "days open". Not sure where to go at the place, went inside one of the buildings and the people very friendly. The gentleman even helped take the recyclables out of the car. Since the Saratoga Recycle Center will no longer accept glass, we will definitely return to this place. Friendly staff and easy to get to location. I highly recommend recycling in general, and this place will help you make it easy!
