Either way she went above and beyond for me. I was traveling from Nevada to North Carolina and stopped for the night in Laramie. Next morning I had a dead battery and was hauling my RV. Let's just say that thanks to Krystal who I believe was the store manager, I was on my way in no time.Thanks to her, and all the kind country folks in Laramie I am now considering moving there. Great auto parts at an affordable price. Excellent customer service...sorry but time for me to say goodbye to Auto Zone.
Horrible customer service. They have had my title over a week now for my car and all I have gotten is the runaround to get the vehicle picked up. The drivers sound and seem very lazy and give nothing but excuses and lies. Call peddle, not these jokers. You'll get more and they will come faster and be more professional

I got into an accident they were the ones that showed up and charged me $800 to take my vehicle away from me. I should have realized it more the time that they were screwing me over but I had just got into an accident. I'll admit it at the time I was not all there. They took advantage of that. Took my truck and a good amount of money from me. I would not recommend using these people at all.

Gentleman that works here is awesome to deal with. I was over weight on trailer axle at port of entry and I took trailer over there to be reworked. He was beyond fair on rate. Glad there are still good people out here 👍
