The gentleman here were very patient, friendly, negotiable and inviting! Their customer service was excellent. They even agreed to stay after hours to accommodate us and allow us to get the parts we needed in one trip. Something you don’t get very often. That alone truly captivates their generosity! They had no issue talking down prices and coming to a reasonable amount for parts that had existing damage on them. When it came to the other parts we still needed for our vehicle they took a look at what else was around to see if they could point us in the next direction. You recognize part of this is my fault. However, I kindly asked them to call me first. Five star review if they would've called first.

We greatly appreciated the professional and friendly service of Omar - even found us a bank nearby for notarizing the paper work. We was looking for a alternator that had to be a 140 voltage and Curtis auto parts had it .... And it was a 129 miles round trip to get this and almost there Curtis Auto parts call us and tells me they can't find it and they sent us to A&S Salvage everybody was nice kind and helpful this will definitely be my 1st choice when I need parts and Curtis Auto parts was pretty classy about helping me and sending me to A&S... Frankly, I don't know why this place has only 3.5 stars, probably previous owners didn't run this place well. But I can say from my personal experience that now this place is GREAT if you are searching for a good deal. I drove here all the way from Pennsylvania and got all parts that I needed for the fraction of the price that I was quoted from many other salvage yards. The staff was very nice, friendly and very helpful. 5 stars from me guys. It was great to have a business with you. Thank you again!

Great experience. I've been dealing with another local salvage yard for years and finally had enough. Called A&S to see if they had parts for my car and when I arrived, the guy I spoke to was very courteous. He helped give directions to where a couple options might be and gave me a great deal on the parts I pulled. They were busy crushing cars at the time, but not too busy to offer help if needed. Best junkyard experience by far; I can't imagine going back to the other place.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He even yelled at me multiple times, talking over me as I was trying to understand the pricing of my car. Instead of explaining the miscommunication, he proceeded to have the attitude of a 2 year old. He then kept connecting me to dead numbers. Eventually, I was connected to the owner and he explained everything to me and was nice about it. I don't know who hurt his feelings but the owner needs to fire him ASAP or tell him to leave his feelings at the door because his attitude is extremely unprofessional. Was going to sell my car but immediately changed my mind after two weeks of putting up with his verbal abuse. I will also be telling my family members not to come here anymore. Do NOT go here.

I can buy 3 online at that price!! Not to mention when I asked the dude hung up on me! Poor business all around....

If you are looking for parts, this is the first and only place to call. They didn't have the parts in stock so they found the closest place to Toledo that had them--plus they gave me the phone number for the other place. This all happened within 2 minutes on the phone. Great service!

Rip off artist, sold me wrong parts for my car and when i went back they wouldnt give me a refund or even replace them with the right parts. Also bought a radio they said worked great and when i got home and hooked it up it didn't work at all. Don't go here, they are scam artist
