Apparently this company works for Cottages at Greensboro which is an apartment complex for students mainly North Carolina A&T. They are just going around towing the students cars for no reason. The apartment complex did not give the students parking decals instead they registered their tag numbers. But somehow this company is towing cars that are registered. My son took pictures of others cars parked without parking decals but they towed his. This company is preying on college students who are trying to work, go to college, and pay rent. I have contacted the BBB and I am in the process of filing a complaint and I’m contacting every news company in the area to get this out. This is not right that these kids wake up and their vehicles are going without any warning. The complex is also to blame. I will also be seeking legal advice. I understand towing is a duty of their job.... I do... But $225 in a college town with broke college kids is too much... I understand their reasons for not accepting credit card too.... What i don't appreciate is the lack of urgency for us to get back to work. We were told on the phone someone was there, showed up, called again and were told 5 mins... took 15mins. So now I'm 225 down the hole and i have my boss screaming at me for being late. Bummer. Life goes on.

Went with my friend to FedEx and they towed her vehicle. Their excuse was we took too long in FedEx. Completely irrelevant due to the fact we were paying customers and fully within our rights to park there. Then couldn't get ahold of the owner to show proof of being in the store. How convenient. Total scammers. You owe my friend a refund.

I parked in customer parking, went into FedEx to ship a few packages and browse, and came out to my vehicle towed for absolutely no reason. I have proof of receipts and time I was in FedEx as a paying costumer. Mike towed my vehicle. Horrible business tactics to scam people out of $250.

Scammers will tow unlawfully and charge $250. Mike is a fraud and so is the owner.

The cars at this location sell quickly and there is a very skilled mechanic on site.

They sit at local resturants and wait to tow people in an unmarked tow truck then charge $250 dollars, in cash only, to get your car back. We observed them make a side deal with one victim who paid some amount of cash to stop them towing. Lowest of the low ways to make money!! Rotten to the core!! TWO HUNDRED FIFTY $$$$$!!! So crooked!! Beware of this business!!

The Best Towing business in the triad area. The "BEST" price for a local towing company. I could not believe how reasonable the price was for a local towing.
