There when we needed them most. I dealt with Krystal or maybe it's Crystal. Either way she went above and beyond for me. I was traveling from Nevada to North Carolina and stopped for the night in Laramie. Next morning I had a dead battery and was hauling my RV. Let's just say that thanks to Krystal who I believe was the store manager, I was on my way in no time.Thanks to her, and all the kind country folks in Laramie I am now considering moving there. Great auto parts at an affordable price. Excellent customer service...sorry but time for me to say goodbye to Auto Zone.

I called asked if they had the parts, they did, they held it at the counter for me until I arrived; when I arrived they recognized my voice and promptly checked me out. The part was 74-76 mm. 17 fluted socket adapter wrench so not a simple thing, I was beyond impressed... this was also on Halloween eve.

Not helpful and Rude.We bought a battery for my son who is attending school in Laramie. Since he is far away from us, we bought the battery from Advance so they can install the battery, like they advertise they do. Not the case at this store. the counter person was rude and said he did not have the time. I understand being busy, but not rude. My son ended up borrowing tools to he could swap out the battery.Perhaps that person was having a bad day, However, there is no need to spread the misery. This is poor choice for a point person, We have 5 Cars and I work on all them myself. Is this how Advance Auto treats loyal customers? O'Reilly's here we come.
